Make friends with Panther... The British micro system
Here's another advert for another fairly generic Z80-based (or possibly Intel 8080) CP/M micro system, from Cyber Electronics Ltd. of Ilford in Essex.
Unlike most similar adverts, this one oddly shows nothing but a field of bright green on the display.
It's probably meant to highlight the green phosphor screen that the Panther came with, but instead looks like some sort of technical failure or an attempt to cover up inadvertently-photographed trade secrets.
The Panther was available in a variety of configurations, starting from the dual-single-sided floppy drive Panther DD, the Panther DD2 with dual-double-sided floppies, and the Panther W, with a range of Winchester drive options up to 12MB.
There's no price on the advert, and there doesn't seem to be anything about the company itself, which seems to have vanished without trace,
