The choir that Isobel is in - Invidia Voices - stages a bit of a flash-mob thing on the Haymarket in Norwich. But first, we have lunch at Wagamama and visit the "smelly shop" - Lush - to buy one of the bath bombs that Fred has been on about for ages.
