Fred and the SYWO at Snape Maltings, Snape, Suffolk - 7th September 2025

Fred's performing with the Suffolk Youth Wind Orchestra at Snape Maltings, so after dropping him off the rest of us head off to the nearby Plough and Sail for a bit of lunch, where there's some sort of convention of cars from 1905 or something. Then Nosher, Isobel and Harry go for a short walk along the banks of the River Alde, and then just generally hang out on the giant bench for a bit before the concert. Before all of that though, on the last day of August, Nosher is discharged from hospital for the second time following a recurrence of the kidney infection.

next album: Thorpe Abbots with Mick the Brick, and the GSB at Pulham - 13th September 2025
previous album: Isobel and the Boys in Bundoran, Ireland - 24th August 2025
