A Visit to the Thornhams, Suffolk - 3rd August 2025

Isobel's Italian friend Stefano, plus his family, are over from Italy for a few days. As it's Sunday, we do a sort-of pub walk which involves a stop off at Thornham Parva to see the little thatched church, a walk around the estate in Thornham Magna, and finally lunch and a pint at the Four Horseshoes. A few days later though everything goes a bit Pete Tong as Nosher gets E. Coli poisoning which leads to a kidney infection, resulting in five days in hospital. Great.
