A Major Fire at Suffolk Highways, Brome, Suffolk - 15th September 2024

Nosher's up in the office as a few explosions are heard, and a quick look out of the window reveals a large cloud of smoke rising from somewhere on Eye Airfield. A trip on the bike reveals it to be the Nissen hut where Suffolk Highways stores its gritter lorries, and it's very much on fire as five or six fire engines attempt to douse the flames, whilst some sometimes large explosions continue to occur.
