Nosher and the Mike Bouttell award
The CISU Awards Season, Suffolk County Council, Ipswich - 21st May 1998
Suffolk County Council's website - Nosher's job - wins the Society of Public Information Networks' website of the year award, so Nosher and Margaret Davies out of Libraries and Heritage head off to pick the award up. There are also some photos of Nosher getting the Mike Bouttell award back in 1996, and the only known image of Nosher's first virtual reality experiment - a VRML version of the council chambers, a screenshot of which appeared in SCC's "Pilot Best Value" policy document published in September 1997.
next album: The Brome Swan at Keith's 50th, Thrandeston, Suffolk - June 2nd 1998
