The old Candies in Diss is still empty
The BSCC at The Half Moon, Rushall, Norfolk - 16th May 2024
The BSCC is out at last year's "pub of the year" - the Half Moon at Rushall - for a couple of pints, followed by an extra when Mikey P makes an appearance. We also stop off at Ampersand Tap in Diss on the way back, and why not.
next album: The Village Hall Plant Sale, and a New Dinghy, Weybread, Norfolk - 19th May 2024
previous album: The Northern Lights and a Pool Tournament, Brome, Suffolk - 10th May 2024
A duck and its ducklings
Isobel looks out over the now-full resevoir
Isobel in the fields of Brome
Bright pink flowers in the hedgerow
Isobel, Gaz and Phil near Billingford
We cycle up the lane to Billingford Hall
Gaz stops to take in the view
We pass through Hall Farm, Billingford
Billingford Hall has a curious thatched outhouse
Gaz takes a photo of the unusual building
There's a field full of cows and calves
Cycling through Dovehouse Plantation
We spot a couple of large deer running about
We're on the road through Thorpe Abbots airbase
Some of the original 1940s concrete perimeter road
Locking the bikes up at the Half Moon
The cosy bar of the Rushall Half Moon
Gaz, Isobel and Phil in the Half Moon
Mikey P turns up for a quick drink
Hint: you can use the left and right cursor keys to navigate between albums, and between photos when in the photo viewer
