Phil and Harry in the queue for wristbands
A Day at Latitude, Henham Park, Suffolk - 24th July 2022
Isobel and Fred do the whole four-day camping thing, but it's hard work with both the boys in the van for the entire duration, so Nosher and Harry do just the Sunday, with the Boy Phil who's tagging along for the day as well. It's super hot, and everywhere is dust, so even after just the first hour of trudging around it looks like we've not washed for a week. There's also the thing that the boys aren't actually that interested in the music, so Fred's off in the woods making spoof Last Airbender videos with Archie, whilst Harry mostly tags along not wanting to listen to anything too loud. We still get to see a bits of cool music though, starting with Jess Gillam on the Waterfront Stage, via Kae Tempest, Afghan Whigs and the raucous Fontaines DC, whilst The Boy Phil is off watching Snow Patrol on the main stage.
Soundtrack for this album:

Harry's funky sunglasses
The kids' zone helter-skelter

The pink sheep wander off
Harry has a go on the helter skelter
A brightly-coloured bird on the carousel
Another view of the Helter Skelter
There's an endless stream of people
Phil checks his phone
