The hedge in Thrandeston has been bushwacked
The Swan Inn: An Epilogue, Brome, Suffolk - 17th February 2022
The Boy Phil sends a message that there are a couple of the old bar stools from the former Swan up for grabs, as it's finally move-out day. So a few minutes later, there's an unexpected last-ever trip to the old pub before the keys are handed over. As well as the stools, Alan also hands over a bonus: a bit of the old bar top.

The Swan's restaurant is almost empty
The cellar area has been blocked off as a room
The Boy Phil roams around with a box
A wall in the family room
Phil and Paul help pack stuff up
The former bar area, and the stools by the door
The Swan's back garden
Alan's stash of cans on the last of the bar
All that remains of the Swan's bar
Cars and vans are ready to haul stuff away
The family room and restaurant
Caféye has a good supply of Turkish lamps
Isobel checks her phone
Storm Eunice blows down the Eucalyptus tree
The eucalyptus tree on the lawn
