The village waterpump at Thrandeston Little Green
A Virtual New Year's Eve, Brome, Suffolk - 31st December 2020
It's the last day of 2020, and in true Covid style it involves an open-house Zoom meeting. We have a laptop in the dining room, and phones in the kitchen and lounge so it's possible to roam around like at a real party and chat to different people. There are also a few stray photos from the usual bike ride through Thrandeston to Mellis, lunch at Cafeye, and a frosty morning.
next album: A Walk Around Redgrave and Lopham Fen, Redgrave, Suffolk - 3rd January 2021
previous album: Christmas Day, Brome, Suffolk - 25th December 2020
Isobel checks the menu in Caféye
Isobel roams around Caféye after paying up
It's a misty morning over the side field
The blade of a turbine chops the sun
A frosty pattern on an outdoor sofa
Frosty berries
The 100-acre field is being left fallow
Even nettles look nice with some frost on
Frosty thistles
Another frost-edged plant
Isobel's surrounded by crochet
Fred shares out some Coke Zero
Isobel surveys the table
We have New Year's Eve tapas
Isobel sets up a Zoom call
Evelyn's on the call
Even Julie and Cameron from Australia are on
The Devil's Handbasin garage
A close-up of the garage
A dude on an ancient bike cycles off to Diss
The former Swan pub on the A140
Isobel looks out over a field
Hint: you can use the left and right cursor keys to navigate between albums, and between photos when in the photo viewer
