The East Anglian Beer Festival, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk - 23rd April 2016
Marc and Sue arrange a train trip to the East Anglian Beer Festival in Bury St. Edmunds. Nosher tags along for the first half of the session before bailing out early and scoping out some dereliction on the way back home.
next album: The BSCC at the Hoxne Swan, and Mint Street Hula, Suffolk and London - 4th May 2016
previous album: A SwiftKey Innovation Week, Southwark, London - 22nd April 2016
Marc roams Platform 1 at Diss
The Boy Phil and Marc on the platform
The gang on the train from Stowmarket to Bury
Bury market is going on
Suey gets pointed at
Bury Market
The Traverse, looking down towards the Nutshell
We hang around outside Butterworth's
Marc props up the bar
At first, there's not much of a crowd
The entrance of the Apex
The Apex's light and airy atrium
The hall soon fills up
Marc has a little sit-down
Suey and Sarah
Nosher's half-pint glass
Table conversation
Marc's got a hat on
We wander outside for some street food
Outside the Apex
Marc checks out a Morgan
Wasteland near the railway station
Chick-King takeaway on Station Road
Some Bury St. Edmunds dereliction
Bury Station has got scaffolding going on
Looking down to the signal box
Bury station seems deserted and derelict
The derelict Burlingham warehouse
Tracks snake off into the distance
Bury's railway station is an odd place
More peripheral station buildings
There are trees growing out of the roof
Fields near Wetherden
Stowmarket's platform clock has seen better days
Stowmarket railway station
The sign lies
A Class 66 'Shed' - 66591 - rumbles through
Bits of old B1077 road on Stuston Common
All that remains of the old link road
There's a random bath on Stuston Common
Hint: you can use the left and right cursor keys to navigate between albums, and between photos when in the photo viewer
