Fred and Harry run around
A Trip to Audley End House, Saffron Walden, Essex - 16th April 2014
Isobel arranges to meet up with former Qualcomm alumnus Janet at Audley End House, just outside Saffron Walden. It's only just over an hour down the road and it's free on account of the recently-acquired English Heritage membership. It turns out to be an excellent day out as the house is far less stuffy than many, with chidren allowed to play in the former nursery at the top of the house, lots of the exhibits being touchable, and Nosher even gets to play an old grand piano in a ballroom.
next album: The BSCC at the Cross Keys, and a Building Catch Up, Brome and Redgrave, Suffolk - 24th April 2014
previous album: The BSCC at The Black Horse, and an April Miscellany, Thorndon, Diss and Eye, Suffolk - 10th April 2014
