A team of paddlers goes past
Qualcomm's Dragon-Boat Racing, Fen Ditton, Cambridge - 8th September 2007
Down at Fen Ditton, along the Cam just outside of town, it's the annual Dragon-Boat races. This year, for the first time, Nosher's ex-employers - Qualcomm Cambridge - have entered a boat, so it's an even-better excuse to go down and see what's occuring, and meet up with some old mates too. Nosher and Isobel's sister Evelyn cycle over as the car is full, but are delayed slightly by the Stourbridge Fair occuring at the Leper Chapel on Newmarket Road and so miss Qualcomm's first race, but catch the second, which Qualcomm duly wins.
