A Quiz at Diss Golf Club, Stuston - 18th October 2024
The annual quiz is on at Diss Golf Club on Stuston Common, so we help form a team with The Boy Phil, Tara, Wavy and a couple of others, whilst Harry mostly sleeps and Fred hangs out with a gang of teens in the changing rooms. We come third, which given the way a "double or drop" round was scored, with other teams playing their joker, was actually quite unexpected. A few days later, we head off for another Sunday pub walk, but it's wet and quite windy, so we do Scole Crossways again, as it's surprisingly close at just less than three miles each way.
