A Giant Load on the A140, Yaxley, Suffolk - 22nd October 2023

There's much excitement as news of a giant oversized load making its way from Ipswich Docks to the new gas power station on Eye Airfield appears on local Facetwit pages. As it's nearly time to go on holiday, we're not doing much so decide to drive over to the A140 near Yaxley and hang around on the roundabout. As usual, the predicted time of appearance is somewhat optimistic, and we're there over an hour before it appears, but it's interesting enough seeing something with about 100 wheels trundle around with something very large on it.
