Colourful beach huts on the promenade
It's time for another trip to Sunny Southwold, which also known to Fred as Sunnysands since the childrens' TV series "Grandpa in my Pocket" uses the town for some of its outside locations. This includes the lighthouse on St. James's Green, which doubles as the house of Mr Mentor the Inventor.

Colourful beach huts on the promenade
Someone's been writing on the beach
Fred and Isobel on the prom, contra jour
An absurd-looking scottie on a string
Isobel comes out of the Beach Café
            Galvanised steel waves
            Harry's got some chips
Eating Fish and Chips in the cold
            The prom is fairly crowded
Harry - Ketchup Face - gives a look
Recent storms have pushed sand onto the prom
            The temporary promenade beach
            Fred on the sand
Fred plays in the temporary promenade beach
            Southwold Pier
Fred and Harry roam around on the sand pile
            The 20p peeper-scope
            Beach-goers in the sun
Fred, Harry and Isobel on the prom
Harry peers out from under his hat
The lighthouse on St. James's Green
Fred piles in to a sweet shop
Reading the noticeboard at the Sailor's Reading Room
Sizewell and groynes in the sunset
The sun sets behind the lighthouse
A plane flies high over Southwold
Birds take flight over the Tea Room
The decrepit splendour of the 'Love Shack'
