Nom Nom's Popup Restaurant, Dublin, Ireland - 7th January 2012
It's the opening night of Wayne and Caro's popup restaurant, called "Nom Nom's" - the idea being that an existing restaurant, or café in this case, is borrowed for a couple of nights and turned in to something different for a short while. Wayne and his team do some excellent chefing in the back room whilst Caro looks after front-of-house. The restaurant is full for a night of lovingly-detailed food and some entertainment - including Noddy, who joins in with the band for a bit of ukulele.
