
The Royal Marines band strikes up

Down on Plymouth Hoe, there's some sort of 21-gun salute, courtesy of the Marines. Nosher burnt nearly an entire roll of film (an expensive thing to do for a student) to get a shot of the actual flames exiting the muzzle of the artillery gun. Later, Mike Bey drives Nosher, Dave Lock and a mate over to Salcombe. Whilst over on the other side of the river - thanks to the small ferry skippered by Cap'n Birdseye - a big game of beach football kicks off with a group of local lads
