A tasty South American accompaniment for grilled meats, barbeque or a steak. 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped or crushed 1 red chilli, finely chopped 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 2 teaspoons dried oregano A good pinch of salt 100ml-150ml olive oil or beef stock
  1. Mix everything together in a bowl and allow to stand for half an hour or so
Healthier variation: For a Slimming World variant, replace the olive oil with about 100ml-150ml of beef stock made up from a cube using only 200ml of boiling water. It works surprisingly well, although it's a lot thinner than when made with the oil
