Cambridge Pub Miscellany - 9th-12th March 2007

A couple of nights in Cambridge pubs: firstly, Andy K is over from San Diego, so there's a bit of a gathering in the Salisbury Arms on Tenison Road. The chef has failed to appear (again), but luckily the pub decides to let punters phone up for takeaway pizza instead, which is a bit of a bonus. It's a chance for a bit of photographer's "willy waving" as well, as Liviu whips out a rather large tele/wide converter for his Canon point-n-shoot. Later, the following Monday, Nosher is drafted in to help move a washing machine from Kingston Street to Gwydir Street (a few hundred metres away). As payment, beer and food is supplied at the Kingston Arms...
